Through the FuelFox app, users can quickly become registered members of FuelFox. Once registered, members easily schedule future gas tank fill-ups with FuelFox. In addition to filling-up the vehicle, FuelFox Ambassadors also clean front windshields, gauge tire pressure, check tire treads, and notify the member of any potential issues with their vehicle. FuelFox offers the amenities of a full-service gas station at self-service pricing.
FuelFox delivers fuel to locations known as “Fox Spots” on a schedule at the same day and same time each week. This provides reliability and consistency so individuals can plan their next fill-up. “Fox Spots” include: office buildings, shopping centers, gyms, churches, apartments, airports, schools, etc.

How it works:
Becoming a FuelFox Member
To become a FuelFox member, the user simply downloads the FuelFox app and creates a profile. The profile will ask for their year, make, model, color, license plate of their vehicle, photo of vehicle and their “Fox Spot” location. All preferred payment information is also stored within the app.
Scheduling a Service
FuelFox delivers fuel to “Fox Spots” on a schedule. Members receive a reminder the evening before that FuelFox will be at their "Fox Spot" the following day. On the day of service, the member will receive another reminder as they are driving into their “Fox Spot” and be asked if they need fuel. The member simply hits the app to schedule the FuelFox service and the app will pinpoint the location of the vehicle and then ask the member to confirm that their gas door is open before they exit the vehicle. The member confirms the service request on the app and that is all the member needs to do. *Members do not need to be present during service visits. While they have a default “Fox Spot,” members can fill-up at any “Fox Spot.”
Following the Service
In addition to filling-up the vehicle, Ambassadors also clean front windshields, gauge tire pressure, check tire treads, and notify the member of any potential issues with their vehicle. Once the vehicle is serviced, the member will immediately receive a receipt notifying them that their vehicle was serviced, the number of gallons received, the price per gallon, and the amount charged to their credit card on file.
